Wondering if this is something I should be including in my diet. Quick background, I dont eat any added sugar (meaning only naturally occuring sugars in fruit)

I drink this sometimes before I rollerblade (its 6.2 miles, very hilly) and I am skating for less than 30 minutes.

I read that you don't get an insulin spike due to sugar intake if physical exercise is involved.

Details:
One Serving: combined with 16oz water
Calories: 400
Carbohydrate: 100g
Sugars: 29g

The rest is a schmorgasborg of vitamins (@100%DV) : C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, biotin, pantothenic acid (1000%DV), magnesium, chromium and trace potassium (%3DV)

Opinions will be much appreciated, thanks.

Actually that is roughly 400 calories of excersise for a 20 year old, 180 pound male.

So if you are just maintaining it might be good, as it seems like it would be a good source of easily obtainable fuel for that excersice, plus some vitamins. They might not be natural simple sugars, but it is only 116 calories worth.

If you are trying to lose weight or cut down on body fat, thats a lot of uneeded calories that would be burned in place of body fat. You could be devoting them towards protien or more complex forms of carbs that are more filling as well as being natural.

But in truth I personally would not. I would rather not get carbs from some drink mix, espcially a whole meals worth. Protien yeh, but not carbs unless I am a competition level athlete excersiing at least 2 hours a day. I used to stack carbs for football, but never would for basic daily excersise. Kind of defeats the purpose without at least a very physical job and excersise, or competiton level sports.
