Hey guys,

Dont know if any of you guys are in the tri-state area but Im planning on competiting in the NAGA competition in Jersey City, New Jersey. Ive been away from Jiu Jitsu for a couple of months (back in college) but trying to stay active in my training.

Anyways, Im trying to cut weight cause I have some unnecessary pounds I'd like to shed as well as be in my best shape and most suitable weight bracket.

Any tips?

with supplements? without? do you lose weight easy? diet? or just by working out?

wrong, that will only make you lose water weight, to burn off fat, you have to make a daily calorie defecit (burning more than you take in). anyways find a daily needs calculator like one on nutritiondata.com or fitday.com figure out how many calories you need a day, and cut back 500 a day (there are 3500 calories for a pound of fat) so that would be one pound a week, wat 5-6 small meals through out the day to keep your metabolism going, and make sure it's healthy foods. good luck need any other help, i'll be happy to
