Florian Injured, Off Saturday Card
Boston lightweight Kenny Florian has been scratched from his Saturday bout with Canada’s Sam Stout after suffering a back injury in training. More info to come when it becomes available.

fisher is a great replacement. i think fisher is a legit 155 lb contender in the ufc. He is well rounded and likes to strike. Stout will want to stand. Should be very entertaining.

That would be a wise choice for Fisher to drop to LW. WW is too stacked for him to have a chance. He would be in the thick at LW.

Things just went from bad to much worse for the undersized Canuck. Not that Stout wasn't going to get completely dominated before, but now there's a chance he could be KOd and submitted simultaneously.

the thing is that stout would have had to worry about defending florians takedown attempts, with yves he will just stand and do what he does best, bang. stout is a dangerous striker. I doubt we will see edwards go for a takedown unless he is getting battered standing.

Yves is fighting Hominick, who he should be quite a bit bigger than.

Bas, you keep saying that, but beyond style I think you'll find, similarly to Pride 31, weight classes also help to make fights.
