I used to do BJJ a few months ago, but I been basically layin down and eatin alot for the last couple months now i put on my mind to lose the weight i gained.. would it be a faster way If i workout with alot clothes on to sweat more and faster.. will it help me lose weight faster? is it a good idea to use it for runnin outdoor also?
or its just better to not use it at all and just have the right diet and workout program?

sorry if its a stupid question i just dont know alot about losin weight fast in a healthy way

If you have little/no knowledge in losing weight, I wouldn't really consider this a "stupid" question, especially with all of the weird advice out there these days!

Answer: If you're looking to lose weight quickly, then yes. Wearing the sweats or layers of clothing will help. Here's the catch--you're really only losing water weight when you do this. In other words, as soon as you begin to hydrate your body again, here comes the weight. Fighters/wrestlers often cut water to make a certain weight, but you always here that they fight/wrestle at a much heavier weight than they weighed in at. Rehydration is the reason.

Man, if you're honstly looking to lose weight (I'm assuming you mean fat), just eat healthy and exercise (mostly cardio). Cardio and diet is your bread and butter...sorry, I mean your whole-wheat bread and fat-free spray butter. :-D
