Anyone have any idea as to when the hell its gonna happen? IMO since Ortiz/Shamrock is back on it should happen on the same night.

Either as soon as Bonnar stops sucking, or when Forrest is ready for a title shot and needs a pre championship boost

I would imagine they would leave this until UFC 62. They probably figure this is at least co-main event material (very debatable) and will put it on the show after Ortiz/Shamrock. UFC 61 already has Arlovski/Sylvia III. Unfortunately it seems the UFC has a new trend of not giving us more than 2 fights we want to see on any card.

I actually think Bonner has a good shot at beating Forrest. I thought he won the first fight.

It wouldn't suprise me if Dana put it off for a long time. It's one of the fights he'll know a lot of fans, especially TUF fans, will pay for. I think he wants to build them up a lot more before it happens.

Yeah it seems like they are comfortable in setting up cards this way. They don't have a big enough budget, enough great fighters, and they have events too frequent to have monster cards unfortunately but i think they could do better.

After Bonnars performance against Jardine and Forrests against Tito, I have some doubts
