Bas isn't a "streetfighter type guy".
He's an incredilby talented mixed martial artist who has tremendous stand up and very good ground skills.
Tank on the other hand is a bar room brawler.
Bas is definitely a MMA fighter, but I think some of his reputation and his marketing goes to the street fighting (e.g his MMA videos are all titled street fighting techniques). Plus, I think has a reputation for getting into some crazy street fights and stuff before he was doing MMA full-time.

thats what i mean, bas got into just as many fights in the street as tank..he said himself while he was a bouncer and watching some of his earlier pancrase fights you could see some "street fight" type tactics. id love to see tank vs. bas

Tank probably wouldn't last a minute with Bas. He's a can, nothing more.

Tank wouldn't stand a chance in The Octagon nowadays. They have this thing now called, "Ground Game". Tank can't even stand up on his own for God sakes.

Seeing Tank fight again would be awesome. He would say yes if you asked 15 minutes before the start of it. He would probably sign a waiver for it too. Just get me in the ring and I'll fight, that's his attitude.

He's exciting when he fights a fellow can that will stand and bang with him, such as Cabbage.
He's embarrassing to watch when he faces a decent fighter.

He got outstruck by Yoshida in his last outing before being subbed.

Isn't Tank Abbot like 45 years old...?

Sad but true.......Tank would have been a nice addition to a WFA or KOTC card as long as he is fighting somone who is so scared of the ground that they sleep standing up.
