That armbar was ****ing close. Ishida's sub defense is incredible the way he just keeps twisting out of each sub. The guy is basically unsubbable, not to mention incredibly flexible.

BTW, you know you're the designated loser (ie: Luciano Azevedo) when the other guy (Hayato Sakurai) has a 2 minute promo package and you just have your picture up on the screen as your promo. This match should be quick.

I can't believe they'd blatantly rob their champion like this, what a dman shame. I guess it's more important to Pride to have a Japanese fighter in the finals than the credibility of their champ. One of the worst decisions in years. All Misaki did was land a few low kicks and uppercuts that didn't even phase Dan.
