Heh, in all honestly I think Melvin is quite entertaining. I also think he could be a ranked fighter if he had better technique and a cooler head. His hand speed and power (for his weight) is on par with the best.

Agreed. I think he has all the tools to be a top ten fighter and I am looking forward to seeing more of him.

They would probably be the first two professional fighters banned if they did that stuff here. :) That would be pretty funny too.

And that's actually real, not fake. Melvin also apparently sucker-punched Clementi at a smaller show this weekend. What a little bitch.

Basically Melvin has been sending Rich hate e-mail and accusing him of trying to derail his career. He told him he better have his hands up the next time they meet or something. So they run into each other at a small show last weekend and Rich offers Melvin a handshake and says, "What's up with those emails?" Melvin sucker punches him in the face before he could finish. They square off, nothing happens, but Melvin threatens to pistol whip/shoot Rich, which gets him kicked out of the show.

Apparently Rich could have gotten Melvin arrested but decided not to because he didn't want to mess up Melvin's upcoming fight against Joe Stevenson. He did, however, phone Joe Silva and ask for a match between the two to be set up.
