can some of explain to me these noises. does anyone here sound fit the description. i've trained juijitsu for almost nine years now and i still can't get over rolling with someone who's body sounds like a bowl of rice crispies and when i ask if they all right they say yeah it happens all the time. i think that something is broken.

for example i put someone in a healhook and every bone in that leg made the most disturbing noise. when i asked the guy if he was hurt he said nah it happens all the time its normal.

The tendons in the leg are so sensitive to that move that a slight crank will crack it wont brake right away and the guy wont feel it tell he cools down unles its serial.

It's usually just the quick movement of air in more spacious joints.

WTF? This thread was made in 2007, suddenly got it's first reply in 2009, and today suddenly gets bumped.

This happens to me a lot, I have to pop my knee a few times a day. My instructor put me in a guilitine and my whole spine cracked up to my head.. he let go and looked white like he thought I wasn't going to get up. It sort of felt good.

I prettymuch sound like bubble wrap when I roll or spar with anyone.
