Maybe Tank, because of his size and punching power.

Tank is below average. He can't even take on one average fighter, let alone 2 at once.

I can't tell if this is supposed to be serious or not. I'll take the serious track and say that no one, no one, could take on two people and win. What I'm talking about is two adversaries who are determined to kick your ass - You vs. two guys out to beat you down. If that's the case you are done. If this isn't obvious...someone is in for a nasty, ugly, painful lesson.
We just saw Randy vs. Tito, right? Imagine if it was Randy vs. Tito and...oh...let's say BJ Penn too, fighting with Tito. Randy would have had his ass kicked...it's really as simple as that. One guy vs. four fists, and four legs that can attack from opposite sides simultaniously, and see in two directions at once, they can attack high and low at the same time, they can work a submission and strike at the same time...imagine a rear naked choke and a soccer kick to the head at the same time. One guy vs. Two guys = one guy getting his ass handed to him.

LOL, you just made my day....
Seriously though, just Brian said it all. Unless there are two people with absolutely no skill whatsoever facing a guy like Cro Crop, no one guy is going to beat up two guys, especially not MMA fighters.
That Tank Abbott comment is hilarious.

I agree, very unlikely that one mma fighter could take on two, especially if it is a grappler who is taking on two other fighters, i am trying to imagine a fighter like Royce trying to sub a guy with the other one kicking the hell out of him on the ground, although this sounds interesting..... the only exception may be Mirko, with his devistating power he could nock out an opponent out and then turn his attention to the other fighter. again very unlikely...
Tank comment lol!!

After reading the subject and before I had read the replies I thought three things.
1 Only mirko would have a shot and the two fighters would have to be lightweights. He might (very small might) be able to KO one guy with his very first kick or punch then it would be one on one for a minute or two.
2. No grappler, wrestler or sub fighter would have a snowballs chance in hell of doing it. They simply could not defence against two guys at once.
3. Nobody could do it. Just Brian said it perfectly. It only works in movies when the bad guys attack the good guys in sequences about 5 seconds apart from each other. It really makes you realize how unrealistic any movie scene is.
That Tank comment is priceless. The guy can't beat anybody let alone two guys at once!!! He is definetely the worst HW in MMA!!!

Tank, noooo.
I think it depends on alot of things. In the ring it would be a disaster. On the street the guy can use every nasty trick there is and do more damage faster (fingers in eyes, etc). And it depends on the skills, aggressiveness, mentality, etc of all the fighters. But still not very likely. And what are people's weights? and skills? Sometimes 1 punch or kick to one guy wrecks him for awhile, and other guys don't flinch. But also it's one guy's cardio against 2 (who might be taking breaks)...ouch.

Well I have witnessed on 2 occassions a street fight in which one guy took on 2 others and kicked both their asses, now no one was a pro and in one instance I knew the guy who was alone and he was one tough mother. I think it could be done, but it would have to be a really heavy puncher who could also take alot of damage, who comes to mind, well actually Cabbage. In the 1st fight I mentioned the guy nailed one of them in the nose and I think broke it, so while buddy is grabbing his nose and yelling, he turns and starts in with the other guy, gets about 3 good punches in, guy goes down and turltes and he turns to get tackled by the first guy, they wretle around a bit, then people broke it up so I guess not a full fight, but I don't think it's that crazy.

remember that we are talking about one guy vs two average MMA fighters, not two average poeple in general. If the question was which MMA fighter could take on two averag joes, then there are tons of MMA fighter who would be able to do it. Fedor, Cro Cop, Sakuraba, Silva, Fujita, and Yoshida are just a couple of examples.

Fedor would have the best chance IMO.

Unless Fedor can simultaneously take down two MMA fighters at the same time, then I don't think so. If anybody were to have a chance, it would be a superior striker.

I agree with you, in Pride Cro-cop could be the man. Actually some of the top K-1 may have the potential to handle two average MMA. If you take a look at Aerts highlights video you will see what this guy can do with his hands and feet.
Aerts is good but what about the great Don Wilson, Andy Hug, or Benny The Jet?

Takayama and Fujita could do it simply because it's impossible for anyone to knock them out.

Igor Vovchanchyn isn't your average MMA fighter.
Enson would beat the **** out of two of them because he throws HUGE bombs and he would never give up. Enson doesn't know the meaning of the word quit.

I am sorry guys but I am not saying that Tank cam beat any two MMA fighter. I am trying to say that Tank can probably take on two AVERAGE MMA FIGHTERS(meaning that their MMA record has no more wins than losess). All the fighters that you guys mention above are not your AVERAGE MMA FIGHTERS they are the best in the world, all with above MMA record. And I am not talking about those top rated fighters!

No Tank could not beat two average MMA fighters. By your definition, Yoshihiro Takayama and Pat Smith are two average fighters. Would Tank ever stand even a remote chance of beating those two? nope.

No one could take on and beat two fighters at once!! This is ridiculous. Tank can't beat one fighter let alone two. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. Think about it. If you have two guys who know they are on the same team who are both very experienced fighters (even average MMA fighters are very very experienced) they would dismantle any one fighter!! Could you imagine anyone in the world trying to hold back two guys on the ground without being submitted or GnPed to death!! Or how about 2 strikers throwing 4 punches and four kicks all at the same time??? Mirko is the best striker in the world and he would get caught with a lot of blows when a guy is behind him throwing kicks and punches?? Give me two tomato cans over any fighter in the world every time!!!!
