I am a 17 year old male who is in somewhat adequate shape. I'm 5'9 and about 165 lbs. I'd really love to get more cut and get an impressive physique but i have no money. I'm pretty poor as it is right now and i can't afford to buy myself weight equipment. what are some ways without weight equipment that i can mold my body into a good physique? would lots of situps pushups jogging and jumping jacks do the trick? i need help!

Run, Swim, Pressups, Squat kicks, Sit ups, leg elevations, pull ups, sprint training, stretches and so on. Do those on a regular basis. Personally i don't use the gym and i wouldn't at seventeen when your body is really developing. I try to do the following everyday-
50 pressups on my knuckles
50 normal pressups
60 situps
50 squat kicks (really painful. Stand feet shoulder width apart and squat down quickly, stand quickly and make a front kick on one leg. Squat again, stand, kick other leg. over and over.)
Then i try and run. That every day or twice a day will put you in good shape. There are muscles it won't develop but if you look about on the internet you'll find specific exersices you don't need weights or equiptment for.
The only problem is that i'm a lazy bum, it takes effort to do exersices at home, i find it a lot more difficult than going to the gym.

Oh and swimming. All swimmers have incredible fitness and muscle tone and all they do is swim.

If your looking to get "cut", then it's all in the diet (unless you've been blessed by good genetics). What type of physique are you looking for? Bodybuilder type? or Athletic type? The type of training you do will dictate the type of physique you get.

It will make you fairly fit and tone you up. If your looking to get proper built up you'll have to go down the gym. Believe me that's all you have to do do to get a six pack and tone you thighs, arms and abs.
