Hi, I am 16 years old and I have been wondering about self defense for a while. I am not trying to get back at anyone or be able to "lay someone out". I just wish to have the knowledge that could someday protect or possibly save my life.

So I was wondering if there are any self-defense videos you recommend?

There are not many training facilities down here, and the ones that we have really in my opinion probably do not teach the most useful tips. I am looking for actual blocking, punching, kicking, and general street fighting tactics.

get some of Vitor Belfort's training tapes. I own some and I find them very useful.
