It's some kind of indy pro wrestling event. It's truly amazing what some of these guys will do to their bodies to impress the fans.

Its hard to tell due to the small size of the film, but I believe that is Teddy Hart (of the Hart wrestling family) from a ROH event where he blew the crowd away with death defying stunts. Teddy is the most insane acrobatic Indy wrestler today and hes very young. He also pisses off everyone he works for with his smart ass attitude.

Keep in mind that the the guys doing the moves put their lives in the hands of the wrestlers catching them. Basically, they just fly and trust the other guys to be there to catch or defelect them from splatting straight onto the ground. In Mexican Lucha Libre they do a large amount of flying moves and I have seen some misses where it is a wonder they didn't kill themselves. Years ago a young lucha wrestler named Oro died in Mexico after breaking his neck in a dive. The high flying moves are very dangerous.

Tony, pro wrestling is largely ignored by regulatory agencies since its 'fake.' Thus, the steroid and drug useage is pretty much ignored as are the extremely high number of deaths each year by wrestlers. Its a very dangerous business for the workers and this amount of injury and death in any other sport would not be tolerated.
