Am I the only person in the free world who doesn't understand what the big deal is with the Monday Night intro? The media can't stop whining about it, Inside the NFL spent half the show talking about it, Dan Rooney (who I worship) wrote a letter to the commish about it and now Tony Dungy is calling it racially offensive?!?! RACIALLY OFFENSIVE?? Jesus Christ why must everything be made about racial injustice? And what was so ****ing offensive about it? Am I to think that coach Dungy doesn't believe that a black man could possibly attract a hot, white woman? I'm not exactly turned on by the idea of Nicolette Sheridan and T.O., but for ****'s sake it is what it is, a plug for a television show. It's called synergy people!! It's where a television station (or various other media conglomerate ) uses one property to promote another property. You witness the very same thing done multiple times, daily.

......I feel myself getting out of control with my rant, so I'll leave it at that.

......well, maybe just one more thing. Bob Costas is an arrogant, pompous, self-important moron. And he's boring.

.....and not very funny either.

....alright, I'm really done this time.

I agree. It's ridiculous. It's a woman's bare back--big deal! I thought the Super Bowl outrage over Janet's breast was foolish as well. Why is it ok to show violence but the human body is something so horrible? I don't think an exposed breast or bare back is gonna damage any children or morals.

To think that the Monday Night intro was racially offensive is racist in its own right. It's kind of like saying that a black man should never be with a white woman simpy because of what happened between Kobe Bryant and that white hotel worker.
