From the very beginning he's been desperately protecting his own fighters.

If Leben comes back it's just more proof that Randy's playing favorites here. Everybody pretty much speculated that **** like this was going to happen with Randy automatically picking two Team Quest guys for his first two team members. Now we all know that we were right.

he loses none as far as im concerned........fact is he lost to koscheck once and the way everyone sucks koschecks dick around here he should apparantely be able to beat him anytime anywhere.....all this "lose respect for randy" "i wont watch if leben comes back" **** is koscheck fans who are in denial and know that leben will dominate should they have to fight again

I don't think Leben coming back has anything to do with Randy. Unless Randy gets to choose who comes back, I think it's the TV people that produced the show who are the ones to blame.

I think that the whole MMA community is in agreement that Leben coming back is bull****.

I honestly believe Randy is just being puppetted IMO. I think the higher ups are making all of these decsisions personally. Randy still has my respect.

Randy could be puppetted. But If it were me I'd take Dana and the producers and throw them against the cage and say enough of this garbage, I'm leaving. You do have a right to question your superiors and say no, when they make idiotic and unjust decisions. It would take a strong person with a lot of courage to do that. I thought Randy was strong but I was mistaken.

I'd love to see Chuck or Rafferty just walk off the show and say they've had enough of this **** when Leben comes back.

so by all thought processes if leben cant come back then Couture has all right to back out of his fight against liddell at the next UFC because he has already beaten him once and he shouldnt have to fight him again ever...if we follow this idea.............lets face it....who wins the contracts doesn't mean **** anymore......leben, koscheck, southworth, quarry, bonnar will allllllllllllllllllll fight in UFC one day because it will bring people who watched the competition to order the PPV's.........think of it like american idol or something.......usually the 2nd-5th singers all end up with contracts as well.......all the winner gets is the title of winner....they'll all be there because they bring buyrate..simple as that

You know what I think was crap is the ref. Let me explain. If you watch the most recent fight with Bobby the ref has them stand up after about 20 seconds of not doing anything. Compare that to the fight with chris and josh. three fourths of the fight was josh on top not doing anything and the ref didn't have them stand up until about 2 mintues. How the hell does that work?

Second if you watch the fight Stephen is clearly on the offense. He attacks more has more takedowns and almost a choke. Bobby did land some puches towards the end but in the long run that doesn't make up for the rest.

Is there any reason why they are only going two rounds? Some of the best action happens in the third round.

What do you guys think?

Couture backing out of a fight with Liddell and Leben coming back are two TOTALLY different things.

Randy/Chuck are not in a reality TV show competition...well...as fighters I mean. :) They are not bound by the rules of the show. The fighters on the show ARE bound by the rules. When you lose, you're gone.

You're logic is flawed. There is nothing unfair about Couture fighting Liddell again. It's in the UFC contract.

The premise of this show is that the competitors fight each other in single elimination to determine one ultimate fighter. You're telling me that if Pride had a MW GP and Sakuraba kept losing, and Pride kept bringing him back to fight again during the tournament until he won it that this would be fair. That would be a huge outrage.

Face it, you're a bigger supporter of Leben. I could care less about Koscheck. I could care less about Southworth. But I want to see a legitimate Ultimate Fighter under the rules made under the show.

Why stop there? Have everyone eliminated come back again. Make it two out of three. What a joke. Just state from the beginning you're going to do everything in your power to get the results you want no matter how you have to manipulate the rules.

I don't think Randy (or Chuck) has any influence at all. All roads lead back to Dana. Randy and Chuck might give an opinion but Dana rolls on his own. If the coaches had any influence at all, Liddell never would have sent any fighters over to Coutures team. And I do think Dana values Liddell so its not a matter of him letting Randy have his way while Chuck is pushed aside.

They never pretended to run things or even acted like they did.

Koscheck sent Leben home, Dana is looking bad bringing back a guy who lost when he can pull a healthy guy from team Liddell.

Where do you get the **** you say ?

Who was Randy's first choice. I know Leben was his second. Was it Quarry?
And about losing respect for Randy freaking Cotoure. What the hell. He's 40 years old and the best fighter on the planet. And another thing that pissed me off is when Koshcheck bad mouths Randy. All the "captain america randy cotoure" "im not going to randys team" that is so disrespectful koshcheck will never do what Randy has done in this business. Whatever everyone says Randy is a class act all the way and in my opinion the best fighter of all time

Feel free to show me examples of how they've been trying to run things.

I would love to see them.....

they carry themselves like they run team liddell.......hoger is the only one not brainwashed by their bull****......southworth's reaction to dana is enough to warrant the fact that they think they own everyone

I have yet to see hwo they carry themselves like they run team Liddell.

They are confident and none of the other members of team Liddell have a problem with them. Except Hoger who's been actling like an asshole who's to good for everyone, and wants to be on Randy's team.

Leben bitched out Dana also, does that mean he thought he ran the show?

Oh wait he did.

Bobby running his mouth to Dana doesn't mean he thinks he runs team Liddell, he was pissed about a bull**** call.

I would be too.

1) Grappling-fan, word!

2) Leben talked **** and got beat by a guy with very little skill. I think Koscheck is below average right now, but on athleticism alone he handled Leben, therefore he has more upside (with the right training he could be solid/good in 4-5 years, he's not right now though).

3) Bobby won that fight, and at the very least it was a draw (should've gone to a 3rd), he should be pissed. The dude is a dick and deserves to be rolled, but Bonnar couldn't do it so the judges pulled a wack decision out of their asses.

4) The point is, Leben lost, he's done. One and done! Maybe he's a better fighter than Koscheck right now, but he doesn't deserve to come back. If he wants revenge, get it elsewhere.
