Forrest worked well on the outside, picking Bonnar apart much like Bobby did. However, Forrest was much more aggressive and ended up giving Bonnar the inside. Once inside, Bonnar clearly exploited the reach of Forrest to his own advantage. When Bonnar fought Bobby, Bobby was counterpunching and using his footwork to dismantle Bonnar's defense. Forrest and Bonnar both were moving forward, which is of the advantage to Bonar with the shorter arms.

Some stiff, but light sparring.
