when you reffer to rash guard, do you mean the rash you get from wearing a cup for too long? the rash that comes from the cup's straps between your legs? i'm having that problem whenever i go to back to back krav classes. 1 hour, no problem, but 2......aaarrhhh. after, when all my class goes out for a beer, i can hardly walk properly.
anyone else feel me?

i guess grapplers dont need to wear cups? maybe this should be in the training forum. i think most boxers and kickboxers would be familiar with this.

Rash guards are special t-shirts grapplers/surfers wear to stop getting burns.
Lefty Dude a cup/groin protector is an invalueble tool in pulling off the cross arm bar!!!
If your getting a rash simply wear your underwear (boxers or some such) undeneath your cup. That worked for me. Oh and get some E-45 to ease the itch in that area.

dwarf, now thats a great idea. boxers under the cup. why didnt i think of that? by the way, it's more of a painfull burn than an itch.
dwarf, you use your cups as an aid in armbars? that's brilliant! you dwarfs sure are a smart breed.

Buy compression shorts that have a cup pocket.
