what happened on the last show?

I missed the last show, and I can't find it anywhere on this forum.

The last episode I watched was when Diego beat the **** outta Josh.

Yeah, there some threads all about it, you must have just missed it. Forrest fought Alex. Alex came out throwing bombs and had Forrest all messed up until he took Alex down and beat on him for the tap. When they stood up, Forrest had a big cut on his eyebrow which might be it for him. Next episode will be about him going to the Dr to see if he can continue (I doubt it, cut was bad). Alex did much better than anyone thought. I didn't pay attention to anything but the fight, so read the recap thread for more....
