Tito Ortiz had a complete battle with Frank Shamrock when they fought. I think it was possibly the best i have ever seen. they definantly need to fight again. When he fought ken and completely whooped his ass i think it showed frank he stepped it up a notch or two. A rematch is definantly in order. It would sell out anywhere it went.

This is in the wrong forum btw...
but yea that would be a great rematch except for the fact that Shamrock hasnt fought in two years. That was probably one of the greatest fights I've seen...Shamrock's conditioning and skill were just phenomanal.
I dont remember what he said exactly but it was something along the lines of:
"The Best submission move is to be the best conditioned."

Frank was juiced to the gills...It's not hard to be in great condition when you're doing 400mg of test, 400mg of deca, and 300mg of winny vet. per week...

Was that more or less his actual prescription or are you just mouthing off?

First, I'm not on Tito's sack, why would you assume that? Just because I said Frank's conditioning is chemically assisted? I give Frank props, he was (hasn't fought in awhile) a great fighter, and still could be probably.
As far as my quasi-accusation, it's because I have reliable info that Ken ran that same cycle and I figured brothers that train together must "share certain advantages".
Funny thing is, I don't care. I've used in the past and if you know what you're doing, AAS is safe. I think more fighters should use, it adds that much more to your game and you can recover from injuries a helluva lot faster...

Many are on roids and such, just look at some of the pictures. When they are big and super defined (like a pro wrestler) they're usually on roids.

Oh, for sure. I'm pretty experienced in that area, I can tell inside 5 seconds if a guy has used. One guy that hasn't (at least not to appreciably improve his game) and SHOULD use is the Iceman. He could benefit that much more. It'd make taking him down and keeping him down that much harder for his opponents, and almost no one in the UFC wants to stand with him...Not to mention give him that much more stank on his strikes.
Captain America uses. The one guy I can't tell is Tito, he's a tweener, but i'd guess he has, but in light cycles (pre-fight only, 4 weeks out), plus he's Vargas' boy and Vargas used before the De La Hoya match.
Ken and Kimo are on never-ending cycles it seems. I'd guess Vitor uses for pre-fight only (4 weeks out). Plus South Americans are notorious for gear.

I thought that the reason Frank and some of the other fighters left the UFC, was because the UFC adopted the rules of the Nevada state athletic commission. Meaning they are tested for AAS after each match. Josh barnett and Tim Sylvia learned this the hard way, didn't they.

Yep, but if they wanted to stay in the UFC, all they had to do is become more sophisticated in their use and change to a compound with a shorter half-life. Starting two weeks out they could change to a test propionate and dianabol, both of which only have a 24 hour half-life. So they take it the day before the fight, it peaks a couple of hours before the fight, then by the time they test them a couple of hours post fight, their urine wouldn't have an inordinately high # of metabolites and their blood work would be high-end normal, but not overly suspicious...
