hello guys im new here and i would like to become a mma fighter one day i love the sport and theres a gym not to far from my home that i plan on joining but right now i dont have much money and the transportation is kinda of a problem.So id like a workout schedule i could do at home i dont have much equipment i got a heavy bag,weights,and gloves and thats it.Thanks in advance i relly appericate any help.

A work out schedule you can do at home would be-
push ups-
sit ups-
running-
alot of bag work-
You can work combos, speed and agility, foot work that type of thing.
If you have any instructionals study them over and over. But until you get to a gym work on your cardio, and basic agility strenghts...
