Cronk, I recently got a job offer in sioux city and would like to continue with my BJJ and MMA training. I'm just curious who you received your black belt from?

Hey guys I am from the Sioux City area as well and was just looking for some advice. Im an expierenced wrestler and want to get into MMA. I was just wondering what would be good to get into. I have no experience with any karate/taekwondo or anything besides wrestling. Would it beneficial to go into something like that first or go into Bjj? I'm looking to learn. Feel free to offer thoughts! Thanks

Indian and Jitz i would recommend you check out the Disciples Of Pain fight team here in sioux city... They are in what would be considered a state of the art facility around here.. They are located at Four seasons health club in down town sc.. check out there Face Book page , become a fan and send Bryan Marshall a message...

I've also been looking for a gym in Sioux City. I've looked around a lot online and this Cronk MMA guy doesnt seem to be very legit. I would highly doubt he has a actual black belt in brazilian jiu jitsu. Any false advertisement of being a black belt or whatever is a clear violation of the Iowa Consumer Fraud Act (Iowa Code section 714.16). If this Cronk guy has a legit belt thats great. but if he doesn't someone should report him as he's only going to dilute MMA and BJJ training.
