Yes, but two days before the weigh-ins you should cut back to a half gallon. A lot of the top guys will then not eat solid for two days before the weigh-ins. They supplement this by taking meal replacement drinks, and protein shakes instead. If you're at 163lbs and are only going down to 155lbs, then you probably don't need to take such extreme measures.

    165 this morning.

Wasn't able to ride my bike to work today either. Sheesh. Week and a half to lose 10 pounds, and I'm starting to get nervous.

155 this morning, grappled with heavyweights last night.

Now I just gotta maintain until Saturday

I have a gi jujitsu class tonight (mostly judo-based - probably no rolling) and wont train Friday because of a Lakers game. Saturday morning I'll do some light grappling and rolling around. I weigh in at 4:00 Saturday.

Anyone got any tips on how I can keep my weight at 155? (PS Dont drink or eat is NOT what I want to hear )

157.2 this morning. Just had oatmeal.

I'm gonna grapple some Saturday morning and hope between that, and my bike ride home today - I'll be able to sweat out the last bit of weight.
