Damn... Chelsea and their bottomless wallets! They get everybody, it'll turn into Real Madrid 2.

Svevchenko didn't play as Chelsea crashed and burned against Liverpool in the second leg on Penalties. (Some say he was hurt, others that he was benched)

Pepe won it for them in goal with the PK's 4-1

Ouch. That has got to hurt!! Liverpool I think is #2 in the Premiere League, are they?

And Man U losing to AC Milan... WOW. Must be a thrilling game.

Man U is 1 in the Premiership with 85 points
Chelsea is 2 at about 80 points
with 3 games left (one head to head)

It is pretty much impossible for Chelsea to win because they need Man U to lose twice or lose once and tie twice with 3 games left.

Liverpool is 3 or 4 along with Arsenal. But both are out of contention for the Premierhsip title.

    Man U - AC Milan:
    Kaka was insane.
Man U did absolutely nothing but then again it was raining incredibly hard so that might have had something to do with neutralizing Renaldo and Rooney.

Yeah, this does look very bleak for any of them. Manchester United has practically won the championship. Wow, to think that my friend was utterly furious with how Furgison booting Van Nistelrooy out... he even said "They'll never win any titles!".

Classic stuff. Kaka is very much integral to AC Milan's offense. How did Gilardino fare?

I don't think rain should stop Ronaldo and Rooney... this is possibly just not their day.

    Edit:
Just saw the Youtube video. Damn! Reina must have very quick eyes! What he did out there is not easy to do!

    How anticlimactic.

Chelsea drew with Arsenal today which means that Manchester United won the Premiership with 2 games left (one of those being Man-Chelsea).

It was almost in the bag anyway, but now the Chelsea-Man game later this month is not as important.

Just watched AC Milan vs Man U...

Manchester United's first half was extremely terrible. Especially when you have Kaka playing as great as he did in that game. Was it Heinze that did that awkward pass and led to the slip? Man U was really like... at a loss. They did try to play on the 2nd half, but it wasn't enough. To think they were winning on aggregate going into the match and letting AC Milan bulldoze through them... wow. Man U was really on an off that day.

I can't remember if it was Heinze that slipped.

Ronaldo just didn't look like himself. He wasn't doing the fancy running and passing he does at all, which I can only attribute to the rain. The rain definitlely effected passing the ball and accurte shooting.

Kaka was amazing, however. The rain didn't seem to effect his game at all. But then again Kaka isn't relying on all out speed like Ronaldo is in his game.
