    I seriously suggest members try it. Its definitely been a good alternative to my "UFC all access" protein shakes lol. Throwing oatmeal, flax seed oil, milk/water and protein into my blender wasn't cutting it. I got lazy with the shakes and my tight wallet hasn't really been to keen to purchasing any protein powder at the moment.

    Any good breakfast recommendations?

    What kind of farts have you been eating that have "no flavor whatsoever"??

    I like Fiber one caramel Delight.It is high fiber cereal with low sugar.It is too good to eat.
