1. Metal. I didn't think you were into metal, particularly the Doom variety.

Love Maiden, hate that song. Clumsy lyrics, repetitive chorus.

The instrumentals in the song are among the best they've done IMO. I love the heavy beat and I like the lyrics. I don't find the chorus to that much more repetitive than so many other of their choruses. I also love the structure of the song, the long build up for the excellent solos and the great riffs at the end.

I prefer Dianno to Dickinson but Maiden released a ton of great music with both singers. That said, their first three studio albums are my favorites. Picking favorite songs is tougher but I'll give it a go.

Picking 3 favorite Maiden songs (even 3 per Dianno/Dickinson era) is really not possible as there are at least a half dozen songs from each era I like equally as the ones I posted.
