TNA's ratings have been on the decline since hogan came in. My take is that there aren't really wrestling fans anymore. The people that make up most of the wwe's fanbase are kids and fat chicks wanting to see buff dudes. Do you think they give two shiits about a Monday night war?

I'm starting to think thats how it is too. They are WWE fans, not wrestling fans who check out other stuff.

I DVR'd this show and fast-forward/half-assed watched it last night.

Pretty awful stuff honestly. The backstage segments were just bad, badly written, badly performed. Having Brooke Hogan in the back 'pleading' with Hulk not to ever wrestle again while he was all bloody was a real tear-jerker though, great stuff...

Is Bischoff supposed to be heel or face? And why were some of the fans chanting his name? However, I did enjoy the 3-way match with Kazarian, Daniels, and the Brit X-Division Champ.

Watching Scott Hall stumble his way through the ring ropes is always funny to me though, and I lol'd at the "Hall is wasted" chant.

RVD actually won that match in 9 seconds over Sting with a really sloppy looking Rolling Thunder. Way to shake that ring rust out.

Oh, and there was a Shannon Moore run-in at some point after the X-Division match, and that just about killed it for me.

No he's saying Pro Wrestling including WWE sucks. And nobody watches it anymore. You don't watch it either, so that has to be a bad omen for the WWE.

In the wake of TNA in the crapper, WWE stock closed at $18.04 per share, its highest in years.

I got a copy of the new Shawn Michaels DVD set yesterday and was watching it, and watching those old matches of his, it really reminded me how far wrestling has fallen since the golden years.

The match with him and Bret on Prime Time Wrestling was a fantastic display of how hard they tried at even a lower tiered show. That match was beautiful to watch and it was not a PPV type show or anything.

Agghhhh I'm gonna have to go buy this now

I have such a glut of wrestling DVDs to blow through it's ridiculous. I just bought the second One Night Stand PPV dvd that came with the dvd of ECW's first ppv event, Barely Legal.

and for all the **** about wrestling sucking now, I have to somewhat concur, but Wrestlemania is shaping up to be the best one in years.

You are going to the show? I was going to take my nephew to the show since he has never seen Hogan or Flair live. But I'll be dam if the tickets aren't pretty steep. Which tickets did you get because I have never been inside the Family Arena. I don't want crappy seats but 80-130 dollars per ticket for TNA is pretty high.
