Looks like an MMA fight is going on between Brock and Cena. Brock taking Cena down and throwing elbows, they even stopped the match to have a doctor check on Cena's cut.

Cena took a hellish beating (spoken in best JR voice) but managed to get the W. Here are his words from inside the ring after the victory:

John Cena appeared to have injured his left arm during his match with Brock Lesnar at tonight's Extreme Rules pay-per-view, and hinted that he may be leaving for awhile. After defeating the former UFC heavyweight champion at tonight's event, Cena took the mic and addressed the crowd.

"I'm probably going to get sent home for speaking when I'm not spoken to, but I think I'm headed home anyway," Cena said after the match. "And if I know my boss, he's going to kick me out the door, but he's going to do it on air, so I hope this is for the world to see."

"Chicago, I know this is CM Punk's town, but above all else, this is a wrestling town. Tonight, you people were supposed to see the extreme. I've got no left arm, I'm tasting my own blood... and I'm damn proud to say it was in Chicago, IL."

"All of us -- good guys, bad guys, big guys, small guys -- all of us give everything we have every night for you guys. And if I gotta take a vacation, so be it. If I'm going away for a while, I just wanna say thanks for one hell of a last ride. I feel great tonight, even with this Chicago crowd that may or may not like me. I listen to that and I think, if I'm going out, I wouldn't want to do it any other way! Thank you guys, go home safe!"

While heading to the back, Cena told officials that he couldn't move his arm, but he knows it's not torn.

Easy now, boys! Cena had to job to the Rock. He's had Brock making him look like a coward for weeks. He's owed something here too.

It isn't like the fans are going to think Brock is Iron Mike Sharpe all of a sudden. Besides, with Brock's new contract and his limited number of mandatory appearances, WWE has to be strategic in how they use him.

Brock didn't job.He would have made Ken flo proud by busting Cena open with vicious elbows.He dominated the whole match,beating the piss out of Cena ,but then got caught.He was as over at the end as he was in the beginning.Im not sure if Brock realizes it is fake.If you aren't excited for a rematch,move on to something else.Super Cena got his ass beat,supposed to be taking time off, I'm betting that means 3 weeks

I didnt see it so can only go by the result of Bart losing. In my booking he would have beat the **** out of Super Cena, got the win, kicked his carcass out of the ring and then told all the fans he was going to go home and get on top of his wife.

Im also wondering if Cena is the one calling for Bart to get hardway juice on him since he got his teeth bashed in previously and got elbow sliced on this show? That or Bart really is throwing some nasty potatos these days.

Cena certainly has the veto power if he wanted it.They replayed the elbows and the knees to the body.I was worried when bork kimurared him that his arm was going to snap off.He lost mma fights and was still the biggest draw,I don't get why meltzer and Alvarez think the whole thing is ruined.Bork still came across as a guy who is gonna hurt people.Problem is that I don't see guys lining up to take worked shoot punches from a monster

It almost strikes me that they are going to use the Japense "strong style" with Lesner to remind fans just how powerful and badass he is as well as differentiate him from the other "wrestlers" using typical fake rasslin holds? The Strong Style looks great but its dangerous because they really are beating the **** out of each other. Several top Japanese wrestlers took years off of their careers working that style.
