Do yourself a favor and don't. He just signed with the UFC and will be making his debut next month, but prior to that, he was more or less unofficially blackballed from the major MMA promotions due to his excruciatingly boring style (18 or his 23 wins are by decision). Hard to say exactly how good he is because his competition has been less than impressive. Could he have hung in the UFC's lightweight division in his prime (he's 40 now)? Maybe. Could he have been a champ? Doubt it.

Real deal. Dude is strong as **** and has GREAT mma wrestling.
I trained with him all the time when he was in the ifl. Good guy and super solid. Better than most in every aspect of mma but not the best. I doubt age is an issue as the guy is a fitness freak.

He's a big dude though, so he has that going for him. Again, he's not the best at anything, but if you take any particular aspect of his game - he'll be in the top 20/25 or so.
