Anyone catch part 1 of An Idiot Abroad 3 Friday? A few hilarious parts. On the other hand was a bit disconcerting at times to watch Warwick harassed by the Gypsies, and the balloon scene had my heart in my throat. Anyway, the Warwick stuff aside I think Ricky has yet again chosen correctly to just do one last conclusion series with just 2 episodes. Whilst it's still funny, it's a lot of the same at this point and despite public demand I agree with the decision to end it before it gets too stale.

Scratch what I said in my last post about there only being 2 parts to An Idiot Abroad 3. I guess there are 3 episodes. Just watched the 2nd one and it was pretty funny between the Bollywood and crazy drunken monks or whatever the hell that was.

Found this interview with Ricky, Karl, and Warwick. Few hilarious parts.

I watched the 1st episode and thought it was funny, not as funny as season 1 or 2 but still had its moments. I'm also glad that they arent milking the cow dry.

Anyone been watching Ricky's new show "Derek"?

Surprisingly good IMO. Quite heartwarming and largely tips the scales more toward drama than comedy, but still has its stomech laughable moments - mostly coming from the one liners by Derek's oddball friend (forgot his name, but the third guy alongside him and Karl).

Gervais really pulls on the heart strings by subtly highlighting the treatment of the elderly among similar themes while still keeping it light enough to be an easy 30 minute watch. Didn't expect to say this, but I would recommend.

I've been watching Derek. I agree that it's mostly drama and still worth a watch.

Yeah, it's brilliant. I might be able to finish the endurance races in GT5 if I'm listening to this while I drive
