ARMA II Zombie apocalypse mod

Shït just got serious in DayZ! Before when you spawned you got a gun, some flares, food, water, painkillers, bandage etc. Now when you only get painkillers and a bandage pack. This game just got even harder than it already was.

Yeah that video is from one of the earlier versions. The game gets updated almost every day. There are tons of zombies in towns and near settlements.
