Sonnen has tapped to 22 percent of the submission tried on him during his UFC career! (4 of 18). Silva has landed half (3-6) of his sub attempts.

Chael carried himself as a gentleman going into Bisping fight, as well as Stann fight and many previous fights. He claims to be a "gangster" of Oregon but only for humor purposes. He is an all american, and kind of a country boy. I have rooted for him in the past, but for Silva, Chael has sunken so incredibly low....offending Anderson's wife, saying he's gonna break into his home in the middle of the night, smack talking the innocent children of an entire nation, etc.. I realize it is for pre-fight hype, but every man should have a line so he doesn't cross it and Chael clearly does not. I would love to be able to support and cheer for Chael, but for this fight in particular, he needs to get his a$$ beat down and humiliated!!!!! And he needs to no longer be like this degrading athlete for future bouts in his career.

I live about 20 mins from West Linn. A close friend of mine, also a highly decorated wrestler, has trained with Chael and can confirm that 100% of the **** he talks is completely for hyping purposes. Chael, IRL, is a very cool/nice guy.

I can beleive that Chael is in real life a nice cool guy, and I am very glas you came out and said that. But what i don't uderstand about what you said....you think Chael is making Anderson sink incredibly low????? Anderson only for "5" minutes on a call, physically seriously threatened Chael, and "ONLY" Chael. For "2" YEARS Chael has been ragging on Anderson, his FAMILY, and Hundreds of thousand if not millions of children. You confuse me about your stance of who has sunken low.

Doesn't matter how nice he is IRL.
