Just read that Lawson isnt likely to be a part of this class. He wont accept a grayshirt so he is taking visits. Good luck Guilty. A lot of people were pretty high on him.

Just saw your last post. Yeah if he can qualify i hope we get him, hes supposed to visit later this month. Gundy says this is he best d line class hes ever recruited. Probably true but last years was pretty good as well. Its gonna be nice having some depth there for once. Our top wr decommitted this week and signed with mississippi state. Im not worried about offense though, its been good no matter who we have. Safety is a huge concern that wasnt addressed this class so i xont know whats going on there. Our ranking is about 30 to 35 i think so hopefully evaluation and development is top notch.

Notre Dame right in the hunt at #4 according to Scout.com.. Looks like we stole a 5* defensive tackle at the last minute. Doesnt look like were catching the SEC anytime soon, but with these recruiting classes, 10-win seasons are very realistic. Couldnt be happier over here..

Yeah, but I am tired of these games in NFL venues. I realize it's more money, but part of college football is the stadiums (Big Ten and SEC in particular) and the surrounding venues. Madison is periennially one of the top college sports towns in America, and SEC stadiums have great venues too. I'm excited we are upping our non-conference schedules in the future to play Bama and LSU, but I wish these were home and aways, instead of Dallas/Houston/Lambeau....

I couldnt agree more Crip. College fooball is the best because of the crowds and atmosphere. It would be great for UW fans to witness a saturday night in Death Valley. As well as LSU fans to witness jump around in Camp Randall. I also agree, the SEC and Big Ten for the most part have the best gameday traditions and atmospheres. In large part because out of the ten largest capacity stadiums almost all come from the SEC or Big Ten. Plus both have very ardent fans.
