Default Jon Jones: Another Machida fight? **** that noise!

Bones is becoming more and more candid about his opponents (or possible opponents). If he's ordered to fight Lyoto again, of course he'll do it. But if, as a champion, he gets some say in his future fights, then he makes his reason for taking on someone else:

"I don't want to fight Lyoto Machida. He was my lowest pay-per-view draw of last year. No one wants to see me fight Lyoto Machida. I don't want to fight Lyoto again. Lyoto is high risk and low reward. He's a tough fighter, but no one wants to buy that fight. Between (Mauricio) Shogun (Rua), (Quinton) Rampage (Jackson) and Rashad (Evans), Lyoto was my lowest draw. Why would I want to fight someone where it's a lose-lose situation? I won't make money on it. And he's a tricky fighter."

He's full of sh*t. He can't possibly say that he won't take this fight because no one wants to see it, yet he's about to fight Dan Henderson, a fight that nobody thinks Hendo has a chance in.

One obvious difference: Bones already pwn'ed Machida.

"I won't make money on it"... This pisses me off. He's going to make very good money, just not quite as good as he might fighting someone else. He's a spoiled kid and I'm very interested in how he will handle a loss.

If he doesn't want that fight, all he has to do is leave his chin out a bit against Hendo. I am sure Hendo would be happy to take that fight.

As a UFC Champion you should fight who Dana White and Joe Silva put in front of you. I hate this Silva won't fight Weidman, Dos Santos doesn't want to fight Velasquez, and now Jones doesn't want to fight Machida? Get off your high horse and fight the number one contender.

I'm not a huge fan of rematches where there was a definitive winner unless there is no other worthy contender. But I still think machida has the best chance to beat Jonesso I'm all for this one
