The whole limiting magazine size is just lame. If anyone thinks limiting the magazine size to ten is going to lower shooting deaths, they need to watch the amount of time it takes to reload. I'm a bit slower, but not much slower.

20 shots. You can get a belt that carries 4 on a side. You can even use tape to tape two together opposite end. Let's say the shooter carries 2 clips taped (40 shots) and two taped for 20 more. It's not hard to blow through those 60 rounds even if they take 4 second to reload. You really think average joes can count shots and time their reaction to subdue the shooter in the 4-5 seconds between shots 10 and 11 or shots 40 and 41?

What I think is that its easier to blast off a million shots without reloading than reloading 100,000 times.

I don't think average Joe can count anything when he is unexpectedly being shot at by a maniac.
