i think marquardt just underestimated tarec

his focus was probably just on going back to the ufc, you had reporters asking him about whats next for him. His mind seemed like he was already focused on possibly fighting the GSP-Nick winner.

tarec is very underrated fighter. I think he'll do well in the ufc.

Agree. I think chalking it up to Marquardt underestimating him is not giving him his due. I think he's a good fighter who has a nice UFC career.

i'm not saying tarec is a bad fighter, just i do think nate underestimated him as well. I feel nates head was just blown up a bit and he wasn't in it like the Woodley fight.

The woodley fight, he was fighting for his job basically and to prove to the ufc that he wanted back. I think this fight he just viewed as a little road block and just thought too much of himself. Wouldnt surprise me if he played some mma math in his head as well and thought he could beat Tarec given Woodley beating him
