    Shawshank Redemption easily. It's also probably the best movie of all time for me.

    Cool Hand Luke or Green Mile a close second when it comes to prison movies for me.

    Shawshank is number 1.

    Blood in blood out is good too, even though only partially a prison movie. As is Runaway train. Really like Escape from Alcatraz too. I Escape from NY a prison movie?
