That's how I did things, just kept breaking things down, eventually you just lose a taste for the bull**** food and begin having a taste for whats right. As well as just realizing this is going to be better for me than that mentality
also, just do simple **** like if you are going to cook a burger, just eat the burger with no bun and throw it on top of lettuce, tomatos and onions. It's small steps that eventually lead to results over time. If you are a huge salt eater, just cut it down over time or start using hot sauce to flavor your food, pepper, garlic, etc.
For a sport dedicated to insane conditioning levels, we sure have a lot of fatasses here.
