    u forgot one more thing... a guy telling us that he's 5'10" 257lbs and yet, is not a fat ass. yeah, sure....

    i used to be the same, I just replaced foods over time and eventually eliminate them

    potatos = sweet potatos

    pasta = whole wheat pasta = no pasta at all

    soda = seltzer water mixed with cranberry juice = seltzer plain = water

    That's how I did things, just kept breaking things down, eventually you just lose a taste for the bull**** food and begin having a taste for whats right. As well as just realizing this is going to be better for me than that mentality

    also, just do simple **** like if you are going to cook a burger, just eat the burger with no bun and throw it on top of lettuce, tomatos and onions. It's small steps that eventually lead to results over time. If you are a huge salt eater, just cut it down over time or start using hot sauce to flavor your food, pepper, garlic, etc.
