I think Weidman needs another fight, both for the above stated reasons concerning the layoff and catastrophe, and even if theoretically the number one contender he still would get his ass whooped.
I see Silva taking another fight at 205 next.
No way Rashad is going to make 185 (unless there was some behind the scenes shenanigans going on during his long break where he has already tested it and can do it np). It'll be interesting to see if he weighs in lighter than normal tomorrow.
Or perhaps a catch weight bought at 195 with Evans.

Rashad is a 185lber. He was extremely undersized at 205, even carrying relatively high bodyfat.
