here's another way of looking at it:
maybe if the woman knew he could sign off she'd be more reluctant to keep a kid the guy doesn't want in order to trap him. that's all this is. they know you're stuck for 18 years. you people actually believe you're being noble.

Every man knows the risk involved with having sex. Unless you have been deceived or raped, you have a responsibility if you aren't able to prevent the pregnancy.

How many woman would feel forced into giving up a child they desperately want because the man they thought they loved decided to sign a waiver and now they don't know if they can properly raise it? No. What your supposed to do is either have enough goddamn self control that you keep your dick in your goddamn pants. If you do not know what kind of person your sticking your equipment into, then you will get exactly what you deserve. No one is going to say its fair. But whatever the social and economic consequences are for you, the stakes are much ****ing higher then they are for women.

I am convinced that the kind of guy who is worried about having women trap him in this manner probably has a incurable case of the stupids when it comes to choosing where to ****. Also, they probably have a seriously overinflated sense of exactly how desirable their baby gravy is.

Now, if there were documented cases of women breaking into the homes of financially successful and sexually responsible men to steal their precious bodily fluids for the purposes of self impregnation, I would take that concern more seriously. But what your talking about is a woman sabotaging the guy's condoms, or possibly trying to jam the contents of a used rubber up into her uterus. For that to happen, either the guy has to have already decided that dropping anchor in that particular harbour was a good idea to begin with. The guy has to create that situation in order to be trapped by it. The other possibility is that you have some crazy bitch with baby rabies trying to hook up in club and that she has a supply of sabotaged condoms for the unsuspecting sperm donor to use. In that situation, Mr Horny is trusting a stranger not to **** him. In that case, Mr Horny is a goddamn idiot.

Also, re-read the goddamn thread. No one has said that Deadbeat Daddy needs to put a ****ing ring on it, move in, and settle down for a life of changing ****ty diapers. We are saying he should send money. Think of it as paying an idiot tax. Yeah, it sucks to be sucked into 18 years of unwanted child support. For the mom who chose to keep it, its not like her choices at the time the baby was concieved were all trivially easy. If you honestly believe that, then your stupid enough to deserve to pay 18 years of child support.

If you do not want a kid under these circumstances but still want to behave in a sexually irresponsible manner, then get your goddamn power line cut.
