Tried to find the other gun thread but no luck since you have to have more than three letters for the search function.

Anyway a co-worker just gave me a Kel-Tek P-32 and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this particular weapon? Seems like a good gun for carrying even though it's on the smaller side. I'll have to find a mag with a bottom grip or whatever thats called because my hand is too big for this one.

I had the Kel Tek in .32 caliber which I think is what you have. Tiny pocket gun. It disappears completely in your pocket. I was always afraid it would jam as just looks cheap as hell and the caliber is anemic so I got rid of it. It might be a great gun but I feel the S & W air weight .38 snubbie revolver is just alot more dependable and powerful.

A no-lock 642 is what I carry these days. Can't go wrong with that.

Yeah she got it from a friend a long time ago and never fired it, she carries a .44 in her purse and I was talking about getting something at an upcoming gun show, the next day she came in and gave me the gun, a box of ammo, and a lock for it.

I fired a shot and the shell casing didn't eject right causing the gun to jam =( I'll fire it some more over the weekend and see if it just needs to be cleaned or if it truly is a POS.

So I fired eight more rounds through this one today and have some good and bad news, I was approx 30 yards away from a tree the width of a thin person and hit it six out of eight shots so it's not too bad at close distance. Of those eight shots though it jammed every single time.
My son's step-dad was with me and he said it seems like a magazine problem and not the gun itself (he used to fix M9s, M-16s, and M4s for the military) and when I get a new magazine for it that should fix the jamming problem. So hopefully for the price of a few new mags and the lunch I bought that chick I will have myself a decent CC weapon, guess I'll find out after I go to the gun show in a couple of weeks =]

Once I get the new magazine and find out if that is what the problem actually is then I'll have no problem with it. She told me she had the gun for years and never fired it and when she gave it to me the mag was loaded so the spring probably just have much spring left to it.
If it is still jamming then I will just pawn it or something and put the money towards a different weapon.

Ammo very hard to find and supplies get wiped out instantly. I managed to pick up some .40, .38, .30-.30 and set me back $400 for what will fit in one bag. Prices are thru the roof and supplies low. Thats only going to get worse as the news said Obama is tiredof all the sequestration talk and is going to get back on guns this week to try and escape the economic uproar.
