I will say that Apple customer service with their computers have been great to me provided I had a warranty. I remember dropping my computer and it wouldnt even turn on. I called them and they had DHL send me a box that very day. I was able to ship it back by DHL coming to pick it up only a short time later like three hour tops.
They used Fedex to get me the computer back within two days. I was shocked at how fast they worked.
Now Microsoft with my xbox was a whole different story, had a warranty and was jumping through hoops trying to get that thing fixed the first time around that it red ringed on me. Must of spoken to like 6 different ****ing indians. The next time my xbox red ringed, I just said **** it and bought another system rather than deal with their customer service. I realize that isnt helping matters especially considering i'm on my 5th xbox 360 right now (which is running great, knock on wood)
