...and he's back! Vintage ride today from the GOAT. Had he not made the early mistake I think he could've challenged Jorge for the win. It looks as though the dumbing down of electronics has returned a bit of control to the riders, and that should scare everyone where Vale is concerned.

I saw it on the news. Wow. That is some great ride from Rossi, starting from 6th and dropping down to 7th... then climbing up and then dropping back from the fall... and still bagging 2nd. Holy cow!

It almost looked like the old days when he could seemingly do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted to do it and he would just play with guys. Marquez was very impressive (unfortunately, because I don't like him at all), but the old man reminded him (and everyone else) why he's a 9 time world champion.

Including the fall. LMAO. Almost reads like a videogame ride.

Oh he didn't fall, he just got into turn one a little hot on lap two trying to pass Crutchlow for third. He nearly collected Pedrosa in second, so he had to sit up and ran a little wide which dropped him back to seventh. It was still pretty remarkable, as he was quite a ways back and Qatar is a bit of a one line track due to all of the sand.
