LOL that was amusing. I was hoping the Shogun would speak but it was fun to watchin him work the pads.

its already been on, i thought its not on until late tonight, was it worth watching, do Ninja or Shogun speak at all.

It came on at 9 here in new england. Trigg spoke and he described MMA to John Salley and co. Then Shogun and Ninja came out and Shogun worked the pads as a demonstration. It was fun to watch, the crowd "ohh and ahhed" when Shogun finished his combinations. Then one of the guys in the cast tried and they all laughed at him and then Shogun and Ninja picked him up. That was it.

I live in Cali so its not on until 10:30, I know John Salley is a Pride fan but not sure of any of the other guys.

I remember Trigged introd him as the Middle Weight GP champ and I think John Salley or some1 referred to them as bad ass brothers before they came out...somehing along those lines.
